MANUNTA.NET is operated by Roberto Manunta.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.manunta.net, including its publications, information, downloadable materials, digital products, applications, enquiry forms and other content or services made available through the website.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly applicable to a particular publication, programme, product or professional engagement.
These Terms govern use of the website and content made available through it. They do not replace any separate agreement governing an Executive Intensive, Advisory engagement, paid publication, programme or other professional service.
1. Website and Services
MANUNTA.NET provides strategic advisory information, executive education, publications and related professional content.
The website may make available, among other things:
- Executive Insights;
- Strategic Navigation Briefs and other publications;
- RM Executive Collections;
- information concerning Executive Intensives;
- information concerning Advisory services;
- digital products and downloadable materials;
- applications, enquiry forms and customer-account functionality.
Some publications may be made available without charge while still being processed through Shopify as digital products.
Availability of any particular publication, programme or service may change over time.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content made available through MANUNTA.NET is owned by Roberto Manunta or used with appropriate permission.
This includes, without limitation:
- written content;
- Executive Insights;
- Strategic Navigation Briefs and Executive Collections;
- Strategic Navigation concepts, frameworks, methods and diagrams;
- graphics, illustrations and visual systems;
- presentations and programme materials;
- trademarks, names, logos and branding;
- downloadable documents;
- original website and editorial content.
Access to content, whether free or paid, does not transfer ownership of that content or the intellectual-property rights associated with it.
Permitted use
Unless a particular publication or product states otherwise, you may:
- view and read content for your personal or professional use;
- download material expressly offered for download;
- retain a reasonable personal working copy of material you have lawfully acquired;
- share links to publicly accessible MANUNTA.NET pages or publications;
- make brief quotations for legitimate commentary, scholarship or professional discussion, with appropriate attribution and subject to applicable law.
Prohibited use
Without prior written permission, you may not:

Complimentary access does not mean that a publication is in the public domain or may be redistributed without restriction.
3. Digital Publications and Products
Certain publications may be made available through Shopify as digital products, including products offered at no charge.
Where you acquire a digital publication through Shopify:
- you may be asked to provide contact, customer and billing information required by the platform;
- an order or customer record may be created even where the price is zero;
- access may be provided through a download link, customer account, order-confirmation page or email;
- the material remains subject to the intellectual-property provisions of these Terms.
A zero-value transaction does not constitute a transfer of intellectual-property ownership.
Where paid digital products are introduced in future, additional terms concerning payment, cancellation, refunds or access may apply and will be made available before purchase where required.
4. Publications and General Information
Material published on MANUNTA.NET is intended for professional information, executive education and strategic reflection.
It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, regulatory, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Strategic, organisational, security and resilience decisions depend upon facts, circumstances and information that cannot be fully captured in general publications. Users should exercise independent judgement and, where appropriate, obtain advice specific to their circumstances.
No publication or website content should be treated as a substitute for a contextual professional assessment where the matter requires one.
5. Accuracy and Availability
Reasonable care is taken in preparing material published on MANUNTA.NET. However, information may become incomplete, superseded or outdated.
We do not guarantee that:
- all information will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose;

- every publication or service will remain permanently available;

6. Executive Intensives
Information concerning Executive Intensives is descriptive and does not itself constitute acceptance into a programme or a binding agreement to provide a place.
Submitting an application does not guarantee:
- acceptance;
- availability of a particular cohort;
- availability on a particular date or in a particular location;
- enrolment or participation.
Applications may be reviewed for fit with the programme and the composition of the cohort.
Where an applicant is accepted, separate terms may govern matters including:
- fees;
- payment;
- programme dates and venue;
- cancellation;
- postponement;
- transfer to another cohort;
- substitution;
- programme materials;
- confidentiality;
- other conditions relevant to participation.
Where separate programme terms conflict with these website Terms of Use, the separate programme terms will govern the programme relationship.
7. Advisory Services
Information describing Advisory services does not constitute an offer to enter into an Advisory engagement.
Submitting an enquiry does not create:
- an adviser-client relationship;
- an obligation to accept an engagement;
- an agreed scope of work;
- an obligation of confidentiality beyond applicable law or any separately agreed arrangement.
Any Advisory engagement will be subject to separate agreement on relevant matters such as scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, responsibilities and other terms.
Where separate engagement terms conflict with these website Terms of Use, the separate engagement terms will govern the Advisory engagement.
8. Registration and Customer Information
Certain publications, products or services may require registration, checkout or creation of a customer record.
Where information is requested, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and not deliberately misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any customer-account credentials or access mechanisms associated with your account.
Registration, acquisition of a publication, submission of an application or completion of a transaction does not automatically constitute consent to receive ongoing marketing communications.
Marketing preferences are governed separately and may be withdrawn as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Confidential and Sensitive Information
General website forms and ordinary email should not be used to transmit sensitive, privileged, classified or operationally confidential information unless an appropriate secure communication arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Submitting information through an enquiry or application form does not, by itself, create a confidential Advisory relationship.
Where confidentiality is required for a professional engagement, appropriate arrangements may be established separately.
10. Appropriate Use of the Website
You must not use MANUNTA.NET:
- unlawfully or fraudulently;
- to interfere with the operation, integrity or security of the website;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- to introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- to impersonate another person or organisation;
- to submit deliberately false, abusive or malicious communications;
- to infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of Roberto Manunta or any third party.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, content or systems.

MANUNTA.NET may contain links to websites, platforms, publications or services operated by third parties.
Such links are provided for convenience, attribution or reference.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their:

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
12. Shopify
MANUNTA.NET uses Shopify to provide website, ecommerce, checkout, customer-account and related infrastructure.
Interactions involving digital products, checkout, customer accounts or order processing may therefore also be subject to Shopify's technical systems and applicable policies.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roberto Manunta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from:
- reliance on general website or publication content;
- inability to access the website;
- temporary interruption or technical failure;
- use of third-party websites linked from MANUNTA.NET.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
Nothing in this section limits obligations expressly accepted under a separate written programme, Advisory or other professional agreement.
14. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.
Where mandatory legal rights apply to a particular product, service or transaction, those rights prevail to the extent required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the website, publications, services, business arrangements or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The current version will be published on MANUNTA.NET together with the date of the latest update.
Continued use of the website following publication of revised Terms constitutes use of the website subject to the version then in effect, subject to any rights or requirements imposed by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any separate professional engagement, programme agreement or transaction may contain its own governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions.
